How does it work?
How it works is quite simple. We can either arrange to collect the Items from you (we charge £8.27 per box for a collection with no upfront cost) or you can arrange to courier the items to our fulfilment centre here in Cardiff. Once received, we would photograph each item supplied and list the items for Sale on our eBay Store offering Worldwide Shipping on every item to maximise the exposure of your items to prospective buyers Worldwide.
How do you price my items?
If you have specific prices in mind that you would like to achieve for all or certain items simply include an inventory of any items that you wish to set a Fixed Price for and we will ensure to follow your initial guide prices. Alternatively, if you do not have any set prices in mind we would simply research each of your items individually and then price the items for you at the market rate. This is again part of the complete service that we provide and we do not charge any additional fees for providing any of these additional services helping to make the process as cost effective and as easy as possible for you.
How long does it take for you to list my items?
We aim to have all of your items processed and listed within two weeks of receipt. Please note that due to current inbound volumes we have in place a temporary limit of a maximum of TWO Large Boxes (e.g. 60x60x60cm) per Client, per fortnight (i.e. Must allow 14 Days between shipments). This simply means that whilst we are indeed happy to accept and sell all of the items that you have available, to ensure that we are able to process items for our Clients in a timely manner (i.e. within two weeks) we advise to limit the number of boxes that are being sent per shipment.
What are your fees?
The rate at which we charge starts from just 35% and includes all of the associated selling fees incurred to us from eBay and/or PayPal. Furthermore, we charge the postage cost directly to the buyer. This means that unlike selling the item for yourself, when you sell with us you pay absolutely zero commission on the postage costs.
Are there any upfront costs?
No, there is nothing to pay until we sell your items, and you'll never owe us any money. If we collect your items via courier we will assume any associated collection costs in advance, this meaning that we will assume all risks associated with successfully selling your items. Should we be unable to successfully sell your items, we will continue to assume all responsibility for all collection costs and you will not be liable for any such costs in such cases.
Do you cover my location?
Yes, we currently provide our eBay Trading Assistant services to both Personal and Business Clients Worldwide.
What items do you accept?
We will accept any genuine item, but may be unable to take stock of certain items due to their Size and/or Weight (i.e Max 600mm in length, or 25KG in weight) whilst other items may be preliminary accepted and later appropriately deemed as 'nonsaleable'. This may include items which are against eBay policy to sell, items which are damaged beyond repair, or simply items which are deemed to be below a Grade D Condition and/or are extremely unlikely to be sold on the marketplace. All other items will be preliminary accepted and will be reviewed by the processing team on an 'item-by-item' basis, and at the time of processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept/sell any stolen, fake or counterfeit items and any such items supplied to us may be reported to our local police enforcement and/or trading standards authority. Our team actively ensures that all items received and advertised for sale on our eBay Storefront are 100% genuine and any fraudulent items will be rejected.
What is an Instant Buy Offer?
An Instant Buy Offer is an option to get paid for your stuff instantly. We'll send an Instant Buy Offer for your stuff (valid for 7 days) as soon as your items go live on eBay. If accepted, we'll transfer the funds to your account the very same day.
Can you collect my items?
Yes, we can arrange date suitable for you and we can either arrange a collection by Parcel Force who will call to your home or business address between the hours of 9am - 5pm on a pre-agreed date, or alternatively, you may wish to use our Collect + Service whereby you can conveniently take your boxes and drop them off at your local Collect + Centre (available at over 5000 locations nationwide). How much to you charge for a collection?
We charge a flat-rate of £8.27 per box with no upfront cost. We simply apply the collection charge to your reimbursement invoice (i.e. future sale proceeds) which eliminates any upfront costs for you. Collection is FREE when you accept our Instant Buy Offer.
Do I need to box my items?
Yes, collections arranged via courier (Parcel Force) or Collect + Centre drop-off require for your items to be boxed.
How will I know what you've sold & when will I get paid?
We start generating our Client reimbursement invoices on the first working day of each month and this process usually takes about a week to complete. We then arrange payment via your preferred reimbursement method (as stated on your Contract Form) on or around the 7th day of each Month and provide a full breakdown of everything that has sold by supplying a physical copy of your reimbursement invoice to you by post.
How will I get paid?
You can choose to be paid via BACS (Instant Bank Transfer), PayPal (Instant Payment) or by Cheque.
