DISPATCH AND SHIPPING



We know how important it is for you to receive your item as you want to protect your device as soon as possible.  Any orders that are placed on working days, being Monday to Friday before 4pm, we will dispatch your item that day by 1st class post to any UK address and by regular airmail services if outside the UK.  If your order is placed after 4pm on weekdays it will be sent the next working day or is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will then be dispatched on Monday morning.  If you have paid for an express we will send your item via that service.  If there are any UK public holidays like Bank Holiday Monday then your order will be dispatched the next working day.



Terms:



Postage - Royal mail will aim to get this to you the next working day, however this is not guaranteed and in some cases can take up for 5 working days.



Express post UK only - If you have purchased an express service, you will receive a tracking number where you can track you order directly with royal mail or with a courier company.



Order Amendments - Once your order has been processed, paid and confirmed we cannot change or modify them.  This includes changing the item, shipping address or cancelling the item.  If you need to change the address please do so whilst going through checking out procedure.  It gives you the option to add any address.  Please do not message us after as it is not possible to do any changes.



Item not received - If in the case you have not received your item, please inform us within 10 working days from dispatch date.  All non delivered items will be logged with royal mail.  For estimated delivery times please check below then contact us:



UK deliveries - 1st class post - Please wait a maximum of 5 days from dispatch date for the item to arrive.



UK deliveries - 2nd class post - Please wait a maximum of 10 days from dispatch date for the item to arrive. 



UK deliveries - express service - Please wait a maximum of 3 days from dispatch date for the item to arrive.



International deliveries - standard service - Please wait a maximum of 3 weeks from dispatch date for the item to arrive.



International deliveries - express service - Please wait a maximum of 10 days from dispatch date for the item to arrive.



  EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS



Our customer service policy is straight forward.  We are happy to exchange, return or refund your item within 30 days from dispatch date.  Please make sure that the item has not been damaged or used and is in the same new condition as it arrived in.  Before sending any item back please message us by telling the reason for return.  When preparing the exchange or return please write your ebay user ID along with any reference number if allocated inside the packaging.  Just find the option contact seller and you will be able to send us a message.  The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.



Unwanted / Wrong items - We will happily exchange / return your item.  If you are exchanging to the same value you will not occur any costs.  Difference in costs is the buyer's responsibility.  If the item costs less than the item being sent for exchange / return then we will refund the difference back to you.  Above rules apply.



Damaged Items - We will happily exchange / return your damaged item.  We will send you the same item out.  Please inform us within 5 days of receiving your item so we can resolve this for you.  We may require further information or proof.  If we find that the buyer has damaged or misused the item, then we cannot exchange / return the item.





The only method of payment we accept is by Paypal. Paypal accept all major debit and credit cards.



We do not accept any other payment methods including bank transfers, cash, cheque, postal orders etc
