All items below 2 KG weight are dispatched via Royal Mail unless buyer give special delivery request.

Proof of Postage: We receive Certificate of Proof of Postage for all the items dispatched via Royal Mail for non recorded delivery will be available to buyers on request.

Recorded delivery is provided with Tracking Number.       We accpet payment from PayPal only unless stated in the listing.

Returns are accepted for wrong or faulty items. Buyer must notify and return the item within 7 days since item is delivered. Free return postage label will be provided on request

                If buyer changed his/her mind and wants to return the item for refund, buyer is responsible for shipping cost. No any re-stocking fee will be charged to buyers.

Items not delivered within 10 days in UK and 30 days for international buyers are considered as lost and in that case replacement or full refund will be offered.       Buyer is responsible to provide correct and complete delivery address.
