 All orders are sent Royal Mail 48 as standard, which normally takes 2-3 working days.

Orders sometimes are delivered within 48 hours of payment, but due to Royal Mail delays, occasionally take longer than 3 days.

Please check with the Local Post Office if not received within 7 working days of payment.

In the unlikely event you have not received the item within 14 days please contact us by e-mail.

PAYMENT We require immediate payment for all purchased  items usually via PayPal

Other payment methods may be used, but the item will only be despatched when payment has cleared.

If you would prefer to pay by Cheque, Internet Banking or Postal Order we are happy to accept these.

RETURNS All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.

The item should be undamaged, in a  resalable condition and in it's original packaging.

We should be advised of any  faults upon receipt of the items to replace the goods.

It is the responsibility  of the customer to pay the postage back to us, which will be refunded if the  goods are faulty.

If you have ordered by mistake, our postage costs will need to be deducted from your refund.
